1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. During high-traffic periods, processing times may be slightly extended; we will notify you if there are any delays affecting your order.
2. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which provides reliable, trackable delivery to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. A flat shipping fee of $9.99 is applied to every order, regardless of weight or destination.
3. Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1–3 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress through the USPS tracking system. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment — additional shipping fees may apply.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping. If you have questions about shipping to a specific territory, please contact us before placing your order.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please photograph the package and contents before opening and contact us immediately. In the event of a lost package, please wait the full estimated delivery window (1–3 business days after the "Delivered" status) before contacting us. We will work with USPS to investigate and resolve the issue.
8. Address Changes
Address changes can only be made before your order ships. Once a tracking number has been assigned and the package is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address.
