Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your PetVault purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items within 30 calendar days of the date received for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
2. Eligible Items
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering may be refused.
- Personalized or custom products are not eligible for return unless defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened consumables (e.g., treats, supplements) and intimate pet care items cannot be returned once opened. Defective or damaged items will be handled under our warranty or replaced at no cost.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@furvistapropetproducts.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid return label (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the return to the address provided in the RA instructions.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days of arrival), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the transaction.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@furvistapropetproducts.com. For size or color exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check with your bank or card issuer — there may be a processing delay. If the issue persists, contact us at support@furvistapropetproducts.com with your order details.
